Help a Family with No Heat or Hot Water

On December 30th, 2018 our oil burner stopped working. We called in a repairman to come look at it. He determined that the oil burner was unfixable and we needed a new one. Our service contract for the oil burner does not cover a new unit. We do NOT qualify for any financial help and have been denied multiple loans.
Here's a little about our family; We have a mother-daughter home where three generations lived together as a family. My grandmother is the backbone of our house. She has worked and provided for our family for years. However, she has chornic leg ulcers that require her to take warm showers everyday. The best she has been able to do is boil water to a lukewarm temperature and wash her leg. Due to the legnth of time we have been without heat and warm water, she has chance of having her leg amputated. She has been a strong point in our family for so long, and she is trying so hard to keep being strong for us.
Second, my father is a United States Navy Veteran. He served during the Persian Gulf War. He suffers from Moderate Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Not only that but he also suffers from severe spinal stenosis, arthritis and herniated discs in his back. Even on his bad pain days, he still goes to work, proudly. He is a family man, who, despite the extreme pain he is in, loves to sit at the table with his family and play card games, make everyone laugh or tell everyone about his day and listen to everyone about theirs. He has been married to my mother for 18 years. They have an unbreakable bond. My mother is just like my father in more ways than one. However, my mother suffers from a chronic auto immune illness. The cold bothers the illnessreally badly, and she is in a large amount of pain from the moment she wakes up to the moment she goes to sleep. Now-a-days, she doesn't sleep. She stays up all night with the multiple space heaters that we have installed to keep our house warm enough for the 6 of us. She also stays up out of fear that the pipes will burst and we will need to replace all of our things that have memories attached to them. They are both my heros in multiple ways and they have shown how strong they are and how selfless they both are so their children will be okay.
And finally, there's my brother, my fiance and myself. I suffer from idopathic scoliosis and actually had a surgery for it a few years ago. We all work to help the house stay afloat. But with everything going wrong these past few weeks, even months, it seems like the amount we make isn't doing anything. We have multiple family pets that we want to make sure are warm and okay.
With how cold the temperatures have been the last few days, and how they look to be in the future, our family is beginning to feel very anxious. We do not want the pipes to freeze and on top of that we are coming up on a month without heat or hot water. Other bills and expenses are coming up and we are metaphorically drowning. Any little bit that we recieve will help us in so many ways. We just need a little bit of help before the dead of winter sneaks up on us.
