We are trying to find a house to all stay together. They are seniors and disabled, and my fiancée stays home with the kids. I got approved for an FHA but only $105,000. We have $3,600 for our down payment currently. If we can get up to $9,000 ($5,400 more), we can get approved for $275,000 to get a house big enough to stay together and keep our kids in the same school.
