Help Our Family Recover from House Disaster

On April 29th, our lives were turned upside down when a large tree fell on our house and not only took out our attic but our upstairs and side enclosed porch. We are still waiting for an adjuster to be assigned to our claim and are uncertain when this may occur. Ultimately, we lost not only our residence but also our cherished belongings and memories.
Currently, we’re navigating the challenging process of working with our insurance company, but as many know, this can be a lengthy and uncertain journey. In the meantime, we’re without a permanent place to live and facing mounting expenses trying to salvage what we can. This seems to be a long road ahead.
Why We’re Asking for Help
We’ve set a preliminary goal to assist with our immediate needs:
* Commuting (currently back and forth between Oil City and Pittsburgh)
* Emergency needs while we wait on insurance
