On the evening of January 22, a devastating fire broke out at an apartment building in Coquitlam, forcing residents to evacuate and leaving many families displaced.

Sadly, some people were injured during the incident, and our thoughts are with everyone affected as they recover. In addition to the physical and emotional toll, the fire destroyed homes and everything inside them for many families.

This fundraiser has been created to support one of the families who lost nearly all of their belongings and are now facing the overwhelming challenge of starting over. In just a short time, they went from having a home to having nothing.

Funds raised will help cover immediate needs such as:

• Clothing and shoes

• Food and daily essentials

• Temporary housing and living expenses

• Replacing basic household items like beds, kitchen supplies, and furniture
