Help a Family Survive Amidst Crisis
Donation protected
Hello, I am Ziad Suleiman Al-Najjar, married with 3 children, Sarah, Suleiman and Mohammed. The situation here is extremely catastrophic, and any available goods are incredibly expensive. My family needs help to raise money to buy food, necessities, medical treatment and travel as it is very expensive when we are asked to evacuate.
I used to work in agriculture and had a poultry farm. In October of 2023, my house was completely destroyed. We had built it over the years and it cost us a lot of effort and a lot of money. We miraculously survived but left it with nothing. My farms, which were my source of income and life, were also destroyed. They turned to ashes in an instant. There is no peace or calm anymore, as the repeated displacement from one area to another is very expensive. Sometimes we leave the tents and sleep in the street without shelter, far from the fighting areas, where the fear and tension of the unknown future awaits us.
I really have no idea how I am supposed to continue my life after all this despite the lack of education and no schools for my children after the schools were completely destroyed, and two years of schooling for my children were lost.
I am also a patient who needs health care and checkups every two months. Three months before everything, I had a health problem and the doctors performed an endoscopic surgery where they discovered that I had Crohn’s disease. I need continuous treatment and checkups every two months. It is very expensive as the health system has completely disappeared after all the hospitals were destroyed. However, I have faith in God and I have faith that things will work out and we can manage all this. I need your help to cover the costs of feeding and protecting my family in any way possible and also to cover the costs of traveling abroad for medical treatment. I need to be able to take care of my family. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
