We’re reaching out to you with a heartfelt request ❤️ to support a hardworking family of ten in Nacala, Mozambique, who are striving to build a better life — not only for themselves, but for their entire community.

What’s the vision?

This family dreams of building a small community business hub that will provide local services, create jobs and a space to connect.

Here’s what your donation will help fund:

A 15 m² community shop – A neighborhood store offering basic goods and daily essentials. These small shops are a lifeline in local communities, where many people don’t have easy access to transportation or large supermarkets. ️

A borehole for clean water access – This will allow the family to sell water affordably to nearby households, while also ensuring their own household has a reliable water source — essential for health and business.

A small tea and gathering area – A simple space where neighbors can socialize, rest, and connect over tea and small snacks. Community is everything, and this space will bring people together. ☕

Why it matters

This is more than just a project — it’s a path out of the poverty trap. ️

By supporting multiple sources of livelihood — small business, clean water access and community space — this initiative empowers the family to build long-term resilience and financial stability. And as they grow, so does their capacity to support others in their community.
