Our community is blessed to have a disabled veteran who would give you the shirt off his back. He has always put others first, quietly helping friends and neighbors without ever asking for anything in return. What many don’t realize is that he is now the one in need of care and support.

He is currently living in extremely difficult conditions. With only one battery for a solar system, he has no reliable electricity. There is no shower or running water, and his home is an uninsulated shed without a proper door. He survived the harsh winter with no heater, no bed, and no stove—just a camping stove to get by. Even his truck, which could have offered a break from the cold, has no heat. Despite all of this, he continues to give to his community and has already given so much in service to our country.

We want to come together as a caring community to help this kind man. The funds raised will go directly toward providing him with a new solar system, a shower, refrigeration, insulation, furniture, clothing, bedding, and a new door. These essentials will help restore his dignity and give him the comfort and safety he deserves. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my plea.
