My name is Leslie, and I am humbly asking for help for my family during an emergency crisis. I am a mother of three beautiful children — two boys (11 and 6) who are autistic, and my youngest is my 5-year-old daughter.

I once had a stable career in engineering, but due to medical issues, I became disabled. Since then, keeping my children safe, warm, and stable has been my only mission.

We Are Currently Homeless

Our children’s school has been doing everything they can, but every shelter in our area is full. I used all of our government assistance for this month to pay for a hotel, but it only covered five days, and we are required to leave today at 11 AM. We have no ride, no home to go to, and no funds left.

As a mother, this is heartbreaking — but I am holding onto faith and asking for help to keep my children safe.
