For the past few years, I’ve been fighting a long, exhausting custody battle to protect my son, Julian. He is my entire world — a bright, kind-hearted boy who deserves stability, safety, and love. I’ve always been there for him: helping with homework, attending school events, guiding him through karate classes, and teaching him the values of respect, kindness, and perseverance.

Unfortunately, the environment Julian has been exposed to at his mother’s home has raised deep concerns. Despite my best efforts to resolve these issues amicably, I had no choice but to seek legal intervention after discovering troubling evidence of emotional and physical harm, unstable living conditions, and influences that no child should endure.

I’ve heard his cries, seen his broken belongings, and picked up the pieces each time his spirit was crushed.

We have come so far. I am just one final trial away from securing a safer, more stable future for my son — but I am completely out of financial resources.

I need to raise $3,500 to cover the final attorney and court costs needed to see this through. Without these funds, I fear that all our progress could be lost, and Julian could be returned to an unsafe environment.
