Hello, my son's name is Jordan Denham, and he's a single father reaching out for help to protect his daughter Isla and secure her chance at a healthy, loving future. This is their family's story in his words.

From the moment she was born, Isla and I have shared a deep bond. We connect through the ocean, through sports, through reading, making jewelry — and most importantly, through the love we have for one another. She is my everything, and I’m doing all I can to be the stable, supportive parent she needs.

For the past 3½ years, I’ve been locked in an exhausting legal battle against high-powered attorneys and wealthy relatives who are trying to cut me out of Isla’s life. I’ve been targeted with lawsuits and false accusations that have drained me emotionally and financially — all while I fight to keep Isla safe from a harmful environment.

In 2019, I left the family home with nothing but the clothes on my back after enduring years of chaos due to her mother’s cocaine use and partying. I had hoped to co-parent peacefully, but the situation quickly turned hostile. Despite my efforts to maintain a relationship with both Isla and her sister Leilani (whom I helped raise), I was met with threats and alienation.

Since then, I’ve watched helplessly as Isla has been exposed to deeply troubling situations, including drug and alcohol abuse, dangerous individuals, and ongoing manipulation. Despite multiple CPS investigations, nothing has changed, largely due to the influence of her mother’s wealthy family and their legal teams.

To date, I’ve been sued for over $25,000, forced to defend myself against fabricated claims with no resources. I’ve drained $10,000 from my 401(k) and lost countless days of work. The legal pressure is relentless — all meant to wear me down, isolate Isla, and silence her voice.

Isla is only 6 years old, but she’s already telling me what no child should have to say — that she’s being manipulated, that she’s scared, and that she wants to have more time with her father. Isla & the court are being led to believe things that are untrue and I am asking for help so I can bring the truth to the light and do my best to help Isla get what she is asking for.
