Help a Devoted Father Fight for His Children & Their Future

Out of respect for the children involved, identifying details and specific case information are intentionally limited. This effort is focused on support not exposure.

Chad is the proud father of five incredible children ages 15, 13, 11, 3, and 1.

He is a loving dad who has always been a daily, hands-on, and actively involved father. From morning routines, homework and projects, school activities, doctor appointments, overnight hospital stays, weekend activities, and bedtime routines. Chad has been a constant, steady presence in his children’s lives.

He’s the dad who makes pancakes just the way the kids like them, fixes bikes in the driveway, asks about their day and truly listens, regularly makes dinner, packs lunches, turns ordinary nights into lasting memories, and does countless diaper changes and up-all-nighters. He is their shoulder to cry on and mentor, encouraging positive self-esteem, confidence, and empathy.

Chad has also spent his entire adult life serving others. He enlisted in the U.S. Army at just 17 years old and has dedicated more than two decades to his country, including multiple deployments. He has built a life defined by discipline, integrity, and commitment—values he has carried directly into how he raises his children. But above all titles and accomplishments, being a father has always been his greatest purpose.

In October 2025, after 13 years of marriage, Chad faced a life-changing situation that led him to begin the divorce process, something he never wanted, but felt was necessary to create a more stable path forward for his family.

Since then, he has found himself in a difficult and complex legal process—one that now directly impacts his ability to maintain the same level of daily involvement his children have always known.

This is not just about staying involved. Chad is fighting to maintain and continue the role he has always had in his children’s lives. A consistent, present, reliable father. And more than that, he is seeking to be named primary conservator, so he can provide the structure, stability, and day-to-day care his children deserve.

This fight comes at a significant financial cost.

  • Ongoing attorney fees
  • Court-related expenses
  • The financial burden of supporting two households
  • Temporary living conditions

Despite these challenges, Chad continues to put his children first ensuring their needs are met and doing everything he can to preserve a sense of normalcy for them during this time.

Chad is not asking for anything beyond what he has already proven through his actions:

  • To remain a daily, active father
  • To continue providing stability, guidance, and support
  • To secure a future in the best interests of his children

The reality is that family court is not only emotionally draining, but it is financially demanding. The ability to maintain strong legal representation can directly impact a parent’s ability to remain fully present in their children’s lives.

Chad has already committed substantial resources to this process; separate from the continued support he provides to the children and his spouse. But the financial strain continues to grow.

Your support will go directly toward:

  • Legal representation
  • Court and filing costs
  • Maintaining stability during this transition

Every contribution no matter the size helps ensure that Chad can continue this fight not just to be part of his children’s lives, but to lead, support, and raise them with the consistency they have always known and deserves.

If you’re not able to donate, sharing this page is just as meaningful.

Thank you for standing behind a father who has always shown up—and is determined to keep showing up—for his children every single day.
