Hello, whoever is reading this.

Currently, my mom is in the process of trying to loan out a mobile house. We live in a 2 bed, 1 bath place as a family with 6 people. It’s very cramped. My mom and I share a bedroom. My dad, brother, and uncle (2) sleep in the living room. And my other uncle (1) sleeps in his own bedroom. My uncle (2) recently moved in with us and doesn’t have anywhere else to live.

Due to circumstances, only my mom can work. I admire my mom so much—all the hard work she goes through just to come back to a place that is filled with cockroaches (and other species), random things being broken and having to spend her savings to fix them, monthly payments, no laundry in our house, and even no door to our bedroom. Sorry for the poor wording, I’m not sure how to describe this house. Of course, I consider ourselves lucky that we even have a house that shelters us and keeps us safe. However, I want to relieve even a little bit of stress for my mom through a location change. I want her to be able to do the laundry in our home anytime she wants without having to wake up on the weekends early in the morning, knowing she has work the next day. I want her to be comfortable eating, knowing that there are no bugs crawling everywhere. I want her to have her own bathroom attached to her bedroom. I just want the best for my mom. I want her to be comfortable for the next 10 years while I grow up and get ready to leave for college. I need just 10 years to get into a career that pays me well to get us out of this situation.

I work part-time and try to help her with the bills. However, as a high school student, I can’t do more than that. Any contributions help :)
