Been in and out of the hospital recently and am having kidney stones once again. And some other medical issues. I've missed some work and now am struggling to pay my bills. I have 4 kids that rely on me to be the provider and a dad. My girlfriend is pregnant with our 5th kid and I am really feeling bad about myself that I can't just pull myself out of this. Anything helps at all. Help keep our family afloat while I heal up.
