Help a CSA survivor heal their inner child.

I'm Rosa.

I am seeking help on my journey to healing from my childhood trauma as I am a CSA, incest, and rape survivor since I was three years old. I am battling suicidal thoughts, publicly that is hard to admit. I just want to be able to finally live my life in the way I want it to be without living with my survival instincts that are not helping me anymore. It has been daunting paying for necessities while needing to afford intensive therapy for eight to ten weeks. I am assuming my therapy treatment plan will be ten weeks though. This is really difficult to ask for, but I feel as though it would allow me to focus more on my treatment if I were to have help and support. I am worried about being able to pay for all of this, and I am worried it just might stress me out more since I will not be working during the time.

I had been trying to work as much as I possibly could leading up to my leave of absence at work. I recently got second-degree burns on my leg, so that put me out of work for a few days right before my leave/therapy treatment. I felt so helpless trying to make enough money to pay for this, and even losing out on a couple hundred makes me want to spiral.

For transparency reasons-

I am receiving out-of-network benefits. I will be receiving disability while on my leave, but I am afraid the amount will not be enough to pay for my therapy with other needs. The funding that I need is after I pay the out-of-pocket costs and submit for billing. The super billing process is quite long, and I am uncertain of when I will be reimbursed. My first few super bills took a couple of months. The goal above is purely what would help me get these behavioral therapies: GIOP, DBT, and individual therapy treatments twice a week in the city.
