In the heart of the rubble, where homes were once filled with life and laughter, a mother sits under the open sky holding her young child in her arms. They no longer have a home to shelter them, nor walls to protect them from the cold of the night or the heat of the day. Yet, this mother tries to create a moment of warmth amidst all this destruction—a simple meal on the ground and a loving gaze toward her child, who does not yet understand why the world around him has changed so quickly.

This family has lost almost everything: their home, their source of income, and their sense of safety. But what they have not lost is hope—the hope that someone will reach out to help them, that they will have a chance to start again, and that their child can grow up in a safe and stable environment.
