Help a Brave Young Woman Overcome Hardship

Hi my name is Mark. I’m raising funds for an amazing young lady who, out of respect for the family’s privacy, I’d like to keep anonymous. But here’s her story…

Her mom passed away when she was just a teenager. Through a series of circumstances, she was faced with the responsibility of raising her bother, sister and several nieces and nephews. She’s had so many hurdles to overcome, and has faced them all with courage, determination and an amazing work ethic.

They live in not the nicest place, and often go without a meal or meals. But she has managed to tough it out and help improve their situation steadily along the way. She’s well respected at her workplace and is active & loved by the folks in her Church.

Several times she’s had to take out high interest personal loans to get by. And currently has several appliances that need to be replaced (Fridge & Oven). She could really use a helping hand to get over this hump. And knowing her like I do, she will use this money very wisely.

There are several of us who are going to contribute to this fund, and will make sure that she gets every dollar to help with her family expenses. Approximately $1,500 will be used to help purchase a fridge & oven. About $6,000 will be used to pay off two high interest personal loans, $3,500 will help repair the transmission in their only family car (presently not drivable). Estimated $900 for new tires to replace the current bald 3 that still have air, and the remainder will be used to help stock the pantry, pay for needed home repairs, and give them a little bit of a buffer moving forward.

Please give as you are able. They had to be talked into allowing us to come alongside them like this. They aren’t takers. They have done everything they can to work to get ahead. They receive VERY little outside assistance. And please say a prayer for this precious family tonight.
