Help A Brand on a Mission

Gymtalkornotalk's mission is to empower and inspire people to live a healthier and more active life. Over the years after experiencing some health injuries we have gained a passion for encouraging people to reach their best level of fitness no matter their circumstances. This year we took a trip back to our homeland Ghana. During our trip in Ghana we were able to give back to our community with the little whe had. We want to take on a project bigger than ourselves. We have officially decided to take things up a notch by offering the community the right resources they need to get going. We ask you to join us by helping us make a difference by supporting a good cause! We are raising money for HELPING AFRICA and any donation will help make an impact. This donation will help build and complete the unfinished school. In addition proceeds will go towards building a playground for the kids. And of course, we plan to build a local gym for the community to learn more about fitness and living a happy and healthy lifestyle.
