Help 102yo Mini stay in her lovely home!

Hello Social Media world! I know you don’t hear from me often, but I really need your help. My beautiful Grandma Muriel (AKA Mini) is nearing the end of her life. She has lived a beautiful and full 102 years full of joy, love, and compassion for others. Right now she needs financial help, to stay in the home she has been living in the last few years. She is living in a beautiful board and care home here in Benicia close to me so I can see her regularly. However, since my dad passed away in August, I have been managing the expenses of of that care without the major financial contributor I had before. Grandmas care costs $6500 a month, which believe it or not, is very reasonable for full time care of a person with Alzheimer’s. Sadly I am quickly running out of money. Grandma has recently transitioned to hospice, and I would like nothing more than to keep her in the home she knows, feels safe in, and with the people who have loved and cared dearly for her these last few year.

Thats where you come in. If enough people can help contribute just a little I can hopefully buy her enough time to finish her life’s story surrounded by love and comfort in a place where she feels safe and cared for.
