Friends -
We are asking for you to help support the Nerren family during this new and tender time. As many of you have heard, Erin delivered sweet baby Emmy Sue by emergency cesarean section at 29 weeks on Friday, April 16th. Emmy was born weighing 2 lbs 11 oz... she is a small but mighty little girl! Erin and Emmy are doing well and being given great care at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. We expect Emmy to stay in the NICU for a couple of months until she is strong enough to head home with her mom and dad.
Here’s where you come in...
Our goal is to raise $15,000 to help this precious family begin this new chapter of their lives. Many of you have asked what you can do to help them, and this is how. Hospital bills can really rack up. We want to make sure Nick, Erin, and Emmy focus on healing and the future without being weighed down by the stress of finances. They do have insurance - but as we all know, that will only cover so much. Also, with Emmy's early delivery, Nick and Erin have not had time to be gifted with a baby shower or to purchase the essential items for a new baby. Your contribution will go a long way in helping them prepare for her homecoming.
Nick and Erin are two of the most loving and joyful people we know. If you’re reading this - you most certainly have experienced their love, friendship, and generosity..... and probably have been high-fived by Nick as well.
Let’s rally around them and show how much they mean to us. Any size donation matters. Your gift to this worthy cause will be greatly appreciated by Nick, Erin, and their parents, Debbie and Harold Nerren and Cande and Tommy Russell.
Thank you for your generosity and continued prayers!
