1. Welsh Three Peaks
2. Fan dance
3. 25,000m Row + 25,000m Run
4. Walk 5,000m with 100kg Yoke.
5. “Here comes the girls” workout
Consists of workouts “Grace” + “Mary” + “Linda” + “Annie” + “Isabel”
6. CrossFit Workout “Atlanta”
*Last workout of 2020 CrossFit Games.
7. Iron Man (Accumulated throughout week).
8. 1000 Strict Pull Ups
9. 2,500m Sled Push
10. 2,500m Sled Pull
ALL TEN CHALLENGES MUST BE COMPLETED IN 1 WEEK.
Hell Week Schedule;
Day 1:
7:00 - 9:00am Swim (1.4 mile)(2253 metres)
2:00 - 6:00pm Fan Dance
Day 2:
7:00 - 9:00am Swim (1 mile)
2:00 - 5:00pm Walk 5k with 100kg Yoke
Day 3:
7:00 - 12:00pm 25k Row + 25k Run
5:00 - 7:00pm “Here comes the girls” workout

Day 4:
AM/PM 2500m Sled Push + 2500m Sled Pull 100kg
*Between sets Bike a total (56 miles)
Day 5:
AM/PM 1000 Strict Pull Ups

PM Marathon Run
