On Sunday, July 13th, Heineken and Leira Brigola welcomed two beautiful baby girls, Danielle and Jackie, into the world. Born at just 32 weeks and weighing under 2 lbs each, the twin sisters are currently receiving specialized care in Saskatoon. Both girls were also born with cleft palates, a condition that will require multiple surgeries and ongoing medical attention in the months to come.

Heineken and Leira are already amazing parents to two daughters (Hera & Hennessy), ages 11 and 7, who are eagerly awaiting the day their baby sisters can come home. In the meantime, the family is facing an extended stay in Saskatoon (at least a month) as Danielle and Jackie grow stronger in the NICU.

As we can all imagine, the emotional and financial toll of a situation like this is immense. From travel and accommodation costs to lost wages, meals away from home, and the ongoing medical care the twins will need, the expenses quickly add up. That’s why we’re coming together to raise funds to help ease the burden for the Brigola family during this challenging time.
