HEFY - Ecuador (Cuenca) Summer 2017

Next summer (2017) offers a big challenge and an exciting adventure for me: a great opportunity has opened for me to participate with Humanitarian Experience for Youth (HEFY) to travel to Ecuador and help build new housing facilities for an orphanage. I will work alongside the people of a small town named Cuenca in an effort to help them better their lives.
All volunteers pay the cost of their trip, which includes travel to the country, food, lodging, transportation and building material for the project. I have already started saving this past summer from my summer job, and will continue to work this year to put towards the cost. I am also hoping to fundraise $3000 in contributions to help pay the cost of my trip. I am reaching out to ask if you would be willing to help me and make a donation. Any amount is appreciated and every donation makes a difference!
