My name is Krissy Calogero Azzone, I created this fundraiser for my cousin Susie’s children. Unfortunately our family has been through a lot of loss due to mental illness. Pain comes in all kinds of ways, it’s so heartbreaking. Susie leaves behind five beautiful children, Nicolas, Alex, Devin, Kaylee and MaKayla. She was a hard working mother who loved her kids and family more than anything. Our family has suffered through unbearable losses. What matters most is how we care for who’s left behind. The goal here is to have the children be able to grieve their mother without loss of structure to their schooling and daily routine. What I ask of everyone is to help these kids continue their lives without thought of financial obligations. We all spend money on going out to dinner and things we don’t need, so I am asking for any donations as small as it may be it will make a difference when it all adds up. The holidays are upon us, it’s going to be hard enough as it is for the children to not be with their mother. So once again I made this page hoping Susie’s family won’t have to worry as much as they already are. I love my cousin and family more than words can explain.
