Hello my name is Hayley and I am fundraising for

my daughter Hazel.I’m not really sure what to say so I will just share my store with you.

our story was simply kept to only Immediate family and closed friends because we were and are still trying to mentally and emotionally process all information that was and is handed to us. But we feel that we need to share now on the count that we are in desperate need of love, good vibes and prayers sent our way. 5 months ago we welcomed our daughter Hazel Rose into the world. And it might feel that we kept her under wraps while I was pregnant with her and we’re very hush hush through out our pregnancy journey. It is simply that our journey to her was a rough one. Rough in the sense that it was both emotional and physically in all sense of the words. It was a regular schedule ultrasound that I was given the information that no mother wants to hear that. I was told that the ultrasound tech would be right back. When she came into the room she came back with 4 other people all of whom where staring at the screen. It was than that I was told that they had seen an abnormal screen of her heart. Since that day it has been a endless array of doctor visits,nurse visit, and specialist visits. When she was born she had to spend 10 days in the nicu to make sure that her heart was strong enough. That she was able to make it. Since bring her home. It has been countless er visits, and doctor visits. But as of February the 22nd we are hoping that we might be able to breath for a short moment. Our Hazel Rose will be going into heart surgery on that day and we are hoping that, on that day and the days leading up to it that you may send us prayers and good vibes our way. This has been a very difficult journey for us and for her. But we are hope that it might get a little easier for us. As of right now we are not sure how long she will have to stay in the hospital and are asking for donations to help

with medical bills and house bill since we will be out of work until she is fully recovered.
