To fund the second legal challenge against BANES Council’s LTN policy for Lower Lansdown.

Specifically to argue that the process they followed in making the decision was flawed and went directly against the wishes of over 70% of residents. The road is now less safe for all users and cars are being sent past 2 junior schools as well as social housing. The decision made no sense and was driven by political dogma rather than reality. We aim to demonstrate this and have the scheme removed.
