Healthy Meals for HealthCare Workers

Doctors, nurses and other care providers are paramount in fighting the pandemic and for caring for those who are infected by COVID-19.  They are our quiet heroes, just going in day after day to do their job the best they can.  Unfortunately, a lot of medical staffs are overworked and have to come home to the same issues many of us are facing with the quarantine.  They ultimately don't have time to care for themselves as they are selflessly caring for others.  

While ultimately we will never be able to completely alleviate this burden and the stress these brave individuals are facing, we can help them take care or themselves and feel appreciated to help them get through this crisis.  Some of these caregivers don't have time for a healthy meal or to eat food at all.  The purpose of this Go Fund Me page is to raise money to provide meals to medical workers in Chicago and surrounding suburbs.  

Entertaining Company  (EC Catering is an event catering company that services the Chicagoland Area.  They have graciously agreed to help prepare meals for Medical workers in need for only the cost of the food and preparation.   They will be receiving orders from different hospital and nursing home staffs and be delivering the food on site.

Home Inspection Geeks Inc . and State Farm Agent Angelica Garcilazo , two Chicago based companies, have agreed to start off the fund with the first $500 of donations to encourage people to support this cause.  

We understand that everyone's financial situation is different, especially in times like these, but please give even a little if you can afford to.  A $10 donation will buy a meal for a nurse who needs to keep her energy up and needs a short break from her day.  We appreciate you reading to this point and hope you will help us support those who support so many already.
