Hello everyone,
My name is Aneesha, and I’m a rising high school senior. For the past three years, my sister and I have been actively involved with a grassroots charity in India called the Balarampur Swami Vivekananda Welfare Society.
This small, community-based organization is dedicated to improving the lives of young girls in rural villages through access to education and healthcare. Most of their work is made possible solely through donations.
One of the most urgent challenges these girls face is the lack of basic healthcare. Many have never had a routine medical check-up simply because their families cannot afford it.
To help address this need, I’m launching this fundraiser to support the cost of sending a mobile healthcare van to villages in West Bengal. With your generosity, we can ensure that these girls receive critical health screenings and care they would otherwise go without.
Because the welfare society is still in the process of securing government approval to accept direct international donations, I will personally collect the funds here and send them directly to the organization to be used for this project.
Every contribution, no matter the size ($10, $20, $50, $100, or any amount), makes a meaningful difference. Thank you so much for your support and kindness!
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Aneesha
