Health Monitor Network Volunteer 5K Walk
Donation protected
Health Monitor Network has been part of the Bergen County community for nearly two decades and appreciates giving back to the community. In that spirit we are hosting a company 5K Volunteer Walk on Thursday, July 28, 2022, to raise money for the Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative.
BVMI delivers free, high-quality, essential healthcare to Bergen County’s working uninsured. Powered by 75 healthcare industry volunteers, BVMI meets the medical needs of more than 1,200 low-income, working, uninsured adults. They see patients five days a week, both in the clinic and via telehealth, and have a nurse practitioner on staff who is available for phone consults and sick visits, helping to keep patients out of the emergency room. Their patient-centered approach to care includes language interpreters and acknowledgement of the wide range of cultural, educational and life experiences, and BVMI patients receive primary, preventive, chronic, and urgent care by appointment.
If you would like to learn more about BVMI and what they do, visit https://www.bvmi.org/.
As a dedicated targeted patient-education healthcare company ourselves, we at Health Monitor Network support BVMI’s mission. Which is why we are asking for you to help contribute to their cause with a donation today. Any amount helps us toward reaching our goal and helps us improve lives in the community.
