"Healing Through Music: Songs for Our Veterans"

Music has the power to heal.

My name is James House. I am a Grammy and CMA-nominated songwriter. My Song of the Year nominations are for 'A Broken Wing' by Martina McBride and 'Ain't That Lonely Yet' by Dwight Yoakam. I've written songs for Tina Turner, Diamond Rio, Ricky Van Shelton, and Joe Bonamassa, just to name a few.

These past ten years, I have written over 150 songs with our veterans and first responders through Songwriting with Soldiers, and I am close to finishing an album and audiobook of 10 of the songs. I need your help to finish the record and get their stories heard. The funds raised will be used to finish the record and promote their stories through social media, videos, and television. Help me get their stories heard. The vets are registered writers on the songs and will receive royalties. Music has the power to heal, and your generous contribution will help with that healing.
