On the 23, December 2018, I was traveling peacefully & with due care to all. William Dowsing an employee of CITY of BELLEVUE POLICE DEPARTMENT WASHINGTON STATE, with no emergency nor crime committed, initiated a stop for what he stated “not registering” (tabs valid until March 2019) I stated to the enforcer I would not like to contract, I am peaceful in my travels & that after visiting the Department of Licensing I had not chosen to register with the STATE that I held my conveyance in Private Trust.(“I apologized, & stated I think my violation was keeping the plate on”) stated as a matter of fact & without ego, just asserted my natural right. He was irate. I asked for his backup and a SHERIFF several times. None provided.  He demanded that if I did not provide a license immediately he would pull me out. I did have one for commercial purposes, as I could hear & feel the danger I was in -I complied. He immediately put this in his top pocket- kicked a dent in the back door & pulled me out like a rag-doll. All this was within  2 and1/2  minuets from initial contact with no backup on the way. Verified by a overview video in which was in the police report( not the report I requested days after this incident- but came to light after videos went viral after June 2020) In this video you hear Lindsay Maureen Fitzpatrick the investigator that said to William Dowsing to “go clean up” as he had blood on him further did not take note of my statement & told the ambulance I did not need assistance and had another two Police employees abduct me to a facility I was told CITY of BELLEVUE contracts with. In this video Lindsay Maureen Fitzpatrick asked  “did any of your employees see what happened?”response was “she saw some of it”she stated “does she wanna talk to me ? It’s up to her” the reply was “yes” but no evidence of what was said is in the report.

 I would like to say when in the case of Nationality, BLACK, WHITE, INDIAN and other labels disable & divide us, they also in able us from productive in law, commerce. I am organic to the land moor “part and parcel to land” I am a Bey- a governor of myself “a leave from the Tree of Great White Roots “Haudenosaunee”,  Great tree of peace. 
I believe I was targeted based on -
I found that liens were served to BELLEVUE-MEDINA-BILL MELINDA GATES, MICROSOFT etc and the return of our vast estate, by a woman whom is also a “Bey”and in the area just prior this incident.  I was unaware at the time although I feel this is what would be coined “crime against humanity” and base off this information. I was targeted due to the "personality" the enforcer read from the database when the license plate was read, as I Patisha-Ra- Bey present my political status with this title and I question his intentions with me, As he called no back-up, kicked me out of my automobile, strangled, abused and forced me to contract under threat-duress-cohesion.  I am injured and MRI records show injury to this day. My energy and time has been extorted, have been jailed twice. The business of the court continues & I’m the injured party.  I had a private contract to work at the holiday store, I manned for the season. The store DID NOT open December 23 or 24 due to my injuries and abduction (jailing) for no reason. I have requested dialogue with the elected KING COUNTY  SHERIFF - Mitzi Johanknecht as well as the CITY OF BELLEVUE POLICE CHIEF -Stephen Mylett  I filed complaints by hand writing and email & hand delivery and only further injury continues. Under different names suggesting I am surety for them all.

I have asked Judges, Mayors,Governors, Secretary’s of States, Congress, Legislators, Police, Auditors, Insurance Commissioners, Department of Justice, FBI, Secret Service, anybody I could think of to help facilitate a resolution/redress. Not one being will communicate about this. Yet WASHINGTON STATE has capitalized off Accountability Bills. 

June 2020, someone (I had called the angel ) put this video out and other information presented. I felt I have a better opportunity to address & cure this decolonization and this injustice. After airing June 5th 2020 -KING 5 NEWS Steve Mylett & Bob Scales slandered me at the same time suspending “neck restraints”. I responded with evidence from February 2019 requests to engage in dialogue about the situation. Steve Mylett’s response was he was sorry about the misinterpretation but never once would talk to me. I found this may be due to a program CASA whom controls/probates estate & that took me from my mother/father when I was about 13 under a fraudulent custodianship by what is called a guardian ad litem.
(This is done to many that have ever dealt with the so-called judicial system)
I can go on & on about events that connect. The result right now is that-
These events have me as a wanderer in search for true justice.

Wanting to raise funds to assist with obligations in which arise for travel, research, inquiries of employees and officials “official “documents, securing counsel and other needed  aid to investigate the necessary avenues to address this case,   lawfully- as well as these type situations which violate the peaceful inhabitants of the land, & destroy our kin, in which happens too often when these employees violate Constitutional principals and Treaties.
