Healing Breath: Bring 9DBreathwork to those who need it most

Kia ora koutou, Hi everyone!
Thank you for taking the time to consider supporting my mission—a mission that can change lives, like it has mine!
I'm Shayna, and I'm raising funds to become a certified 9D Breathwork facilitator. I aim to provide this powerful tool to the youth and disadvantaged communities who need it most.
I'm dedicated to serving these people - but my offering is for anyone who seeks healing and connection.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D stands for 9 Dimensional.
It's a transformational healing practice that blends conscious breathing with sound, guided imagery, and focused intention. It's designed to unlock stored trauma, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect people with themselves.
Experience it for yourself with a 20-minute session - Try a Free 9D Breathwork Session on YouTube.
Science is finally catching up with ancient knowledge and the positive effects of breathwork are numerous.
From gaining mental clarity and reducing stress to healing childhood abuse. I have personally witnessed stories like this in every group session I’ve been a part of.
This, Clinical Report by James Eyerman is the longest breathwork study that's been conducted. With 11,000 psychiatric inpatients over 12 years – not a single adverse reaction.
In the right environment and with the right support this tool is safe and can benefit so many.
As a facilitator, I’ll guide people through the session, making sure they feel supported and secure as they journey inward.
Why It Matters And Why The Young and Disadvantaged?
The feeling and the sense of being free should be felt by everyone.
When I first tried 9D Breathwork, I experienced a major shift!
For the first time in my life, I was able to confront my past pains with compassion instead of fear or anger.
I met a version of myself I never knew was there, and enveloped her in the most loving embrace. It was beautiful!
You should know that it’s work, and you must put in effort.
It’s not laying back and waiting for peace to arrive - you breathe deeply, feel deeply, and sometimes, release deeply.
I cried and screamed and cried and cried and criiiiiiied. Ohhh yes, there can be A LOT of release from the eyes.
But at the end of EVERY journey, I was filled with a pure sense of love - for myself and for everyone in my life.
The relief I felt was so profound that I went back every chance I could.
Now I practice short sessions every day and continue to feel shifts and changes inside and out.
I wish I had practiced this earlier in life, so I vow to share it with our most precious people on Earth – the younger generations and our most vulnerable people – disadvantaged communities.
Imagine how impactful it would've been for your younger self, to have a tool for navigating life and emotions with greater calm, confidence, and clarity.
Really feeling at peace with yourself. Maybe even loving yourself!
I know for me, that would’ve saved a whoooole lotta messin around, hurting myself and others.
And now, imagine how the world would be if there were more of us big kids (AKA adults) feeling good, feeling peaceful inside, regulating our own emotions, and dancing with life instead of drowning in it.
I want this feeling for all you big kids, I’m here for that too, but the young people are our future.
They will create a world far beyond our imagination if they grow up loving themselves, equipped to move through life’s challenges with ease and grace.
The 9D Kids landing page showcases the launch of a new school pilot program in the UK, featuring student testimonials and an experience recording.
Disadvantaged communities need help loving and liberating themselves too.
They are important to me because they are me.
I’m an Indigenous Māori woman whose ancestors suffered severely, simply for existing.
Suffered and continue to suffer at the hands of colonialism.
Like EVERY colonised Indigenous people, this world over, my family turned to alcohol, drugs, unhealthy food, abuse in all senses of the word, and a deep, sinister self-hatred that trickled down the generations and has landed in my lap. Woo!
My mission is to empower disadvantaged, marginalized, and Indigenous communities to rediscover their inherent sovereignty and reclaim the pride that colonial history has long sought to erase.
The resilience and spiritual commitment it takes to live and thrive in these systems of oppression is a strength and invaluable gift passed down to us too!
Through the practice of conscious breathing, I learned to release old patterns of thinking and feeling. I began to connect with my inner wisdom and cultivate a deep sense of self-love and compassion.
It’s a way back to self, back to spirit, and back to love.
My Vision, The How
I plan to target wealthy corporations, government entities, and educational institutions (ie.places with lots of money). I will be paid well enough to provide free or subsidized sessions for young people, Indigenous communities, and others in need.
By working with corporations, I can create a self-sustaining model that provides breathwork sessions to people in need but also provides them with ongoing mental health support and the opportunity to train more facilitators from within these communities.
I’m a firm believer in giving from your heart and serving others when you can, that's why I'm so committed to this vision and these people.
I know it can work, and I know I can do it.
With your help, I can create a way of connecting abundance with those who need it the most.
