<div>9D stands for <em>9 Dimensional.</em>
</div>
<div>It's a <strong>transformational healing practice</strong> that blends conscious breathing with sound, guided imagery, and focused intention. It's designed to unlock stored trauma, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect people with themselves.

<div>Science is finally catching up with ancient knowledge and the positive effects of breathwork are numerous.

<div><strong>From gaining mental clarity and reducing stress to healing childhood abuse.</strong> I have personally witnessed stories like this in every group session I’ve been a part of.

With 11,000 psychiatric inpatients over 12 years – <strong>not a single adverse reaction.</strong>

<div>As a facilitator, I’ll guide people through the session, making sure they feel supported and secure as they journey inward.

<div><strong>Why It Matters And Why The Young and Disadvantaged?</strong>
</div>
<div>The feeling and the sense of being free should be felt by everyone.
</div>

<div>When I first tried 9D Breathwork, I experienced a major shift!
</div>
<div>For the first time in my life, I was able to confront my past pains with compassion instead of fear or anger.
</div>
<div>I met a version of myself I never knew was there, and enveloped her in the most loving embrace. It was beautiful!

<div><strong>You should know that it’s work, and you must put in effort.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>It’s not laying back and waiting for peace to arrive - you breathe deeply, feel deeply, and sometimes, release deeply.
</div>

<div>I cried and screamed and cried and cried and criiiiiiied. Ohhh yes, there can be A LOT of release from the eyes.
</div>
<div>But at the end of EVERY journey, I was filled with a pure sense of love - for myself and for everyone in my life.
</div>
<div><strong>The relief I felt was so profound that I went back every chance I could.</strong>
</div>

<div>Now I practice short sessions every day and continue to feel shifts and changes inside and out.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I wish I had practiced this earlier in life, so I vow to share it with our most precious people on Earth – the younger generations and our most vulnerable people – disadvantaged communities.</strong>

<div>And now, imagine how the world would be if there were more of us big kids (AKA adults) feeling good, feeling peaceful inside, regulating our own emotions, and <strong>dancing with life instead of drowning in it.</strong>

<div>I want this feeling for all you big kids, I’m here for that too, but the <strong>young people are our future.</strong>
</div>

<div>They will create a world far beyond our imagination if they grow up loving themselves, equipped to move through life’s challenges with ease and grace.

<div>I’m an Indigenous Māori woman whose ancestors suffered severely, simply for existing.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Suffered and continue to suffer at the hands of colonialism.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Like EVERY colonised Indigenous people, this world over, my family turned to alcohol, drugs, unhealthy food, abuse in all senses of the word, and a deep, sinister self-hatred that trickled down the generations and has landed in my lap. Woo!
</div>

<div>My mission is to empower disadvantaged, marginalized, and Indigenous communities to <strong>rediscover their inherent sovereignty and reclaim the pride that colonial history has long sought to erase.</strong>
</div>

</div>
<div>The resilience and spiritual commitment it takes to live and thrive in these systems of oppression is a strength and<strong> invaluable gift passed down to us too!</strong>
</div>

<div>Through the practice of conscious breathing, I learned to release old patterns of thinking and feeling. I began to connect with my inner wisdom and cultivate a deep sense of self-love and compassion.
</div>

<div><strong>It’s a way back to self, back to spirit, and back to love.</strong>

<div><strong>My Vision, The How</strong>
</div>
<div>I plan to target wealthy corporations, government entities, and educational institutions (ie.places with lots of money). I will be paid well enough to provide free or subsidized sessions for young people, Indigenous communities, and others in need.
</div>

</div>
<div>By working with corporations, <strong>I can create a self-sustaining model </strong>that provides breathwork sessions to people in need but also provides them with ongoing mental health support and the opportunity to train more facilitators from within these communities.

<div>I’m a firm believer in giving from your heart and serving others when you can, that's why <strong>I'm so committed to this vision and these people.</strong>
