Hi, my name is Kayla, and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart on behalf of the most selfless, loving woman I know—my mom.

On July 8th, she underwent a major, life-altering surgery in hopes of fighting this disease and giving herself a fighting chance. Praise God, she made it through—but the road to recovery is long, and it’s far from easy.

While she should be focused on rest and healing, my mom is now battling something no one should have to while recovering from surgery: overwhelming financial stress. She’s currently out of work, trying to manage rising medical expenses, medication costs, utilities, and everyday bills on her own. The truth is, she’s struggling just to stay afloat.

Any donation, big or small, would go directly toward helping her keep a roof over her head, pay essential bills, and focus fully on getting better without the added stress of finances weighing her down.
