Hi my name I Thema and for as long as I can remember, I’ve felt drawn to both music and healing.

Alongside working full-time as a Business Analyst for nearly 19 years, I’ve always known there was something more I was meant to offer, something that helps people reconnect, release, and feel lighter within themselves.

In 2020, I experienced my first sound bath. It was a turning point. I felt a deep release of stored tension and emotion, and a sense of calm I hadn’t realised I was missing. That experience changed how I understood wellbeing.

Since then, I’ve trained in sound healing, learning how to work with quartz crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, tuning forks, and sonic massage techniques. My goal is simple: to create safe, accessible spaces where people can pause, reset, and heal.

Thanks to my mum, I received my first three quartz crystal bowls but to offer full, deeply immersive sessions, I need to complete my set and invest in Alchemy bowls and additional instruments.

I’ve created this fundraiser to help make that possible.

From the beginning, my intention has never been to turn this into a high-cost service. I plan to offer sessions on a donation basis, making sound healing accessible to people who might not otherwise be able to afford it. I’ll be dedicating my Fridays (my day away from my full-time role) to holding these sessions and sharing this work with others.
