On January 9th, our family suffered an unimaginable loss. My son, Cullen, was taken from us far too soon at just 24 years old due to a tragic accidental gunshot. He was my only son, and the pain of losing him is something no parent should ever have to endure.

As we are grieving this devastating loss, our family is also facing overwhelming circumstances. Cullen’s girlfriend—who has already lost everything in a recent house fire—is currently in the hospital and is giving birth to their son on January 11th. What should be a moment of joy is now mixed with heartbreak, uncertainty, and financial strain.

This GoFundMe has been created to help cover Cullen’s funeral and memorial arrangements and to provide support for his newborn son and girlfriend, so they can begin to rebuild and have the basic necessities they need during this incredibly difficult time. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to help relieve some of the immediate financial pressure our family is facing.

Cullen was a kind, caring person who always wanted to do his best and help others whenever he could. He touched many lives in his short time here, and his absence leaves a hole in our hearts that can never be filled.
