Hello my name is Ilia. I am guardian to my niece, Jordyn 15, and 3 nephews Brandon 12, TJ 9, and Camron 5, along with the help of my mom. We also have two dogs. I also work full time in the kids school district. We have been without a home since September 20th. I am fortunate enough to have an amazing friend who has taken my whole brood in until we are able to get into our new place. We had been at our previous place for 30+ years. We had a place lined up but it fell through. We are APPROVED for OUR NEW place that God willing we will be in before Thanksgiving. Along the way there have been some extra expenses I did not take into account such as three storages for our belongings, higher deposit than I expected, a dog deposit and so much more. I am hesitant at doing this, but my oldest nephew help set this up. Obtaining a loan has not been easy. My youngest nephew can stop asking, “When our we moving into our new home?” Thank you for your support.
