On Wednesday, August 3, while on vacation in the Dominican Republic with his family and some of Ty's friends, Bo unexpectantly passed away. His death has left many heartbroken. Bo was a wonderful man and was beloved by many. His personality, laughter and smile were larger than life.

Bo's love and presence will be what we miss most with his passing. He was the first to step up for others in times of need. I witnessed his love and kindness at Akron Snow Angels events, where he would go out of his way to build relationships with people shunned by most of our society. He hugged them, looked them in the eye, asked them how they were doing and most importantly, he treated them like human beings in need of more than just a sandwich or clothing. This was the core of who Bo Williams was to everyone he crossed paths with as a husband, a father, a son, a sibling, a coach and everything in between.

During this challenging time for Jessica, Ty and the entire Williams family, we would like to give to them in the same way Bo gave to all of us.
