Please send your thoughts of Love and Compassion to my daughter and her 2 year old son, Jay. This is more important than money.
Sending your Love and Compassion to her X is a good thing also.
My daughter, Kaitlyn, is facing a Court Battle for Custody of her son who is 3 years old this February. The details can not be released for legal reasons.
My daughter is very frightened if I give the facts of her circumstances that it will become more a problem for her and could affect the court case negatively. So there is a blackout on what really has gone on and is going on. I would love to give the facts but alas that is not allowed.
The X-husband is being funded by his dad who is quite well off. His dad is actually a very nice, kind, considerate person but he does everything his son asks of him. We need your help to level the playing field so that both my daughter and her X-husband can be represented equally.
She needs representation by a good lawyer and that costs money. My wife and I will take out a loan but because a few years ago we lost everything we owned the amount we can borrow is very limited.
Kaitlyn is a gentle and trusting soul that has tried to take the high road in everything she does. She is taken aback when people are not the same way. This whole experience is rocking her world and shaking her foundations of belief in the good of mankind. We need some help defending her and my grandson with a good lawyer.
My daughter is an extremely hard working Mom who puts her child first, but does not have enough savings to even come close to covering the costs of going to court. We are all extending our credit to do our best for as long as we can.

* Maybe you know of an organization that likes to help Mothers and Kids in need or has dealt with Custody cases.
* We would appreciate it if you could share this Information with others you know.

* Donations (which I hate asking for) are also welcome. All donations will be given to my daughter for her court costs only.
Our 1st goal is to raise $5,000.00, this is not the full costs that it's predicted to be. If she is to go to trial,
it will cost her upwards of $60,000.
Personally I hate asking people for money as it does not seem right to me.
