My name is Chloe, and as most of you know, my partner Hayley Penna, 24, is chronically disabled, and currently in the fight of her life. Once a high achieving student and talented athlete, now diagnosed with Autonomic Failure. Her life will never be the same again.

Why go fund me?

The neglectful gaps in the healthcare system for those with rare and complex disease’s, means Hayley currently funds her treatments and medical expenses predominantly out-of-pocket.

In her mid-twenties, she has already drained both her super and savings to fund her survival.

Between specialist appointments, medication not covered by pbs, surgeries, and life saving medical supplies, Hayley is under significant financial stress. With the addition of another major life-changing surgery in March, where she will spend her 25th birthday fighting for her life in the intensive care unit, I am creating this to hopefully ease the financial burden for her at this time.

Although creating a go fund me is the last thing Hayley wants, I reach out to the community for some support
