<div>My name is Chloe, and as most of you know, my partner Hayley Penna, 24, is chronically disabled, and currently in the fight of her life. Once a high achieving student and talented athlete, now diagnosed with Autonomic Failure. Her life will never be the same again.

<div>Why go fund me?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The neglectful gaps in the healthcare system for those with rare and complex disease’s, means Hayley currently funds her treatments and medical expenses predominantly out-of-pocket.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In her mid-twenties, she has already drained both her super and savings to fund her survival.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Between specialist appointments, medication not covered by pbs, surgeries, and life saving medical supplies, Hayley is under significant financial stress. With the addition of another major life-changing surgery in March, where she will spend her 25th birthday fighting for her life in the intensive care unit, I am creating this to hopefully ease the financial burden for her at this time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Although creating a go fund me is the last thing Hayley wants, I reach out to the community for some support
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Anything is appreciated and will allow Hayley to focus on her fight and recovery during this awful time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your support!!
