Following the devastation of Storm Goretti and a disastrous fire inside our clubhouse, Hayle Cricket Club is asking for your generous support to help us prepare for the upcoming 2026 season.
Fire damage has caused a huge delay and strain on the club, but we will not let it stop us continue our exciting plans that have been being developed during the winter months. On top of the gutting and complete renovation of our ground floor, we are working hard to ensure all the opportunities and events we provide to the local community can still go ahead as close to normal as possible, with cricket being played from mid-April.
Our exciting plans for 2026 include:
- A new women's team
- A plethora of youth talent stepping into senior cricket for the first time
- The development of facilities for an overseas player/coach, supporting our incredible youth setup and training
Hayle Cricket Club prides itself on how much we are able to offer to the local community:
- Annual Firework Extravaganza
- Easter Duck Race
- Providing inclusive, supportive coaching for boys and girls, from 5 years old
- Regular coaching sessions for over 100 youth members
