Immigration Lawyer Fees

Hello, my name is Daniel and my husbands name is Alex. I never thought I would be doing this. Who knows me knows well I don’t ask for or take handouts. It actually took me months to have the balls to do this but I am hungry for progress, accomplishments and achievements and to continue to grow more and push for more for me and my partner. I returned to the United States with an SB-1 Returning resident and paid all my fees prior to coming. Years later USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services) decided to overturn their decision of me holding my legal resident status as a green card holder due to their own clerical errors. This became something very difficult to wrap my head around, since I hold my SSN, License, etc as a law-abiding, tax payer. It’s very unusual the way they handle their system/procedures most would say. Me and Alex recently got married out of our love for eachother, yet after the elections since we were concerned about claims regarding our upcoming new administration we acted quickly. We paid a visit together for a second time to my immigration attorney and he was very sad to break the news that after the results of the election, judges had struck down Parole-in-Place. PIP was a program for giving those residing in the US like myself the ability to await receiving their green-card without leaving the US. Due to said clerical errors, my documentation deems me as someone undocumented who must leave the US and that I would be banned from the USA for 10 years. With extra steps I will be able to remain in thr US for the majority of this process allowing me to continue my life here with my husband and family. To continue my growth. I have been here now since 2015 and my life here is full of serenity, love, teamwork, perseverance and dignity. I did not come here to ask for things or feel entitled to anything. Just for a chance to do the best I can with my capacity that I carry. Now, this obstacle is a huge one. I don’t own anything so valuable or hold any credits cards of that amount. I keep running numbers but with our salaries and the external issues that we have to deal with day by day. I might not be able to reunite the funds that quick or anytime soon. If anyone has any questions regarding my situation or need documented proof from my lawyer prior to making a donation or just wanting to hear my story, I can share it.
