Haven’s road to recovery

Haven was born on January 14th 2023. She was immediately surrounded by so much love from her mama Jovana, her daddy Jon, and her big brothers Aiden, Wyatt, and Remy.

Jon passed unexpectedly 2 weeks after Haven was born. Haven quickly became pretty fussy and would struggle to feed. At her 8 week check up they discovered this was more than just a fussy baby. Jovana took Haven to the hospital and after some tests, they found her little heart wasn’t functioning properly. She underwent a procedure as a temporary fix but it unfortunately was not enough and ended up having to have open heart surgery. Jovana has been with Haven at the hospital and away from her boys for the past few weeks and as you can imagine expenses have began to pile up. If you know Jovana, you will know that she is never one to ask for a hand out. Which is why I am making this go fund me. Jovana’s maternity leave is coming to an end but Haven still has a way to go. As the only parent to Haven she has no other option but to stay by Haven’s side as she recovers from surgery in the hospital which could be a while. Doctors are closely monitoring her and have not given an answer as to when she will be able to go home. To say she is going through a lot wouldn’t even cut it. If you can help I know it would mean a lot to her and would definitely go to a mama who needs it!
