Haven for Heroes’ is a non-profit with a mission to provide a place of safety and refuge for Veterans and/or their family members who, for whatever reason, need assistance.  Located in Anoka, MN, Haven for Heroes currently has two buildings up and running helping veterans get back on their feet.

In order to get their third building up and running, it needs a new roof.  This is a large complex roof and it will cost $45,000 to complete.  

With the completion of this project and opening of a third building, Haven for Heroes' will be able to change the lives of 30 more veterans at a time.

We hold our veterans, who have selflessly served our country, in the highest regard. It is understood that there will be wounds of war and unwanted outcomes of serving, both visible and invisible.  Our intention is to partner with each veteran to help alleviate and mend those wounds. The goal is rebuilding and rejuvenating their whole person to live the life they desire and so richly deserve.

The $45,000 will cover the labor and material of this complex roofing system.  Any additional money earned will go directly to Havens for Heroes' to help further their mission.  Locally based contractor Hoffman Weber Construction is overseeing the project.  The goal is to complete the roof before the snow comes!
