Hey everyone my name is Hassan , recently my family has been struggling with hard times. My mother who adopted me and is my biological Grandmother. Who we call Nana. Has been struggling with my incarceration. I was just released on 5/18/2024. As a result of that my grandmother who is disabled and living in Oregon. Has been short on paying utilities and rent. Why I was away a program offered to make a bridge payment to help her out. The bridge payment unfortunately never went through. She was just informed yesterday that she is $4000 behind in back rent and utilities. My hope is that we can come together and help my 63 year old mother , catch a break she has been through a lot throughout her life. She adopted me and my three other full siblings and raised us til the age of adulthood. With little to no help from her family. She recently has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. She has other ongoing medical issues. She has been the caregiver of our family. She’s an amazing woman who has supported my dreams and goals. I’m currently trying to support her dreams at this time in her life. She has been the backbone of the tribe for along time. As a single mother who needs assistance to survive and support herself. I will keep everyone updated on the situation. Remember alone it is hard but together we are stronger than ever. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
