Harry to travel to Germany for transplant games

Hi my name is Melanie, I am fundraising for my son Harry to represent Great Britain in the World Transplant Games, Dresden Germany in August 2025.

Unfortunately to attend these games you have to fund them yourself and through sponsorships. At present the cost for Harry to attend and participate is over £3000 including, kit costs, registration, accommodation before adding additional family members to go with him.

The purpose of the WTGF is to visibly demonstrate the benefits of successful organ transplantation, work to increase public awareness of its success and thereby increase organ donation rates, as well as promote the full rehabilitation and wellbeing of our participants.

Without organ donation Harry would not have been alive today let alone have the chance to represent his Country. He was 3 years old when he had his liver transplant at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
