In memory of Mia Boerman & in support of Harper

Mia Boerman, 26, tragically passed away on July 14th, 2022. Mia was an incredible mother and caring friend. She is dearly missed and greatly beloved by her friends and family.

Mia is survived by her 9-month-old daughter, Harper, and husband, David Buffham.

Mia is survived by her mother, Lois, father, Rodney, sister, Becca, brother, Sam, and brother, Josh, married to Anne.

Mia is a Michigan State University graduate of 2018. She was previously employed as a Cook County Sheriff until taking time to focus on raising their daughter.

David is a Cook County Police Officer of 5 years and a devoted father. He and Harper have a long road ahead of them as they begin to navigate through these challenging times.

All donations will go to raising their 9-month-old daughter, Harper.
