Haroon's Eagle Project: Cary Masjid Bench Painting

Assalualaikum and Hello everyone!

My name is Haroon Zafiruddin and I am 15 years old. I am a boy scout part of Troop 373, chartered by the Muslim American Association in Raleigh, NC. I joined as a Cub Scout in 2015 and crossed over into Boy Scouts in 2020 and since have been working towards earning the Eagle Rank. I am currently a Life Scout with over 90 merit badges, and all I have left to do is complete my Eagle Project.

For my project, I will be painting 6 picnic benches for the Islamic Center of Cary. The picnic benches I plan on painting are currently in front of the mosque for anyone to use. However, they don't have any paint on them, I hope the painted benches will add to the overall look of the Islamic Center of Cary.

To complete this project, I need to raise money to purchase all supplies and equipment. The total cost of this project is about $930. I understand this goal is large, but with all of your donations and support, I will be able to make this project possible. My promise is that all funds will go to the completion of this project, any unused funds will be for the Islamic Center of Cary to decide where it goes.
