On December 6th 2025 i will be raising money for Cancer Research UK. This charity and others like it mean a lot to me, for reasons both past and present.

The plan - A full Hyrox run through with 10km between stations! (1000m Ski, 50m sled push, 50m sled pull, 80m Burpee Broad Jumps, 1000m Row, 200m Farmers Carry, 100m Sandbag Lunges and 100 wall balls)

A full day of suffering to raise money and awareness for a great cause.

This will be carried out at Bespoke Training Club in Weymouth - massive thanks to them.
