Happy Somedays Charity Walk

We are Happy Somedays, founded in 2020 this year marks our 5th year and we planned to raise some funds to help us replace equipment, get new kit and enable us to continue to offer free community fitness sessions, football sessions and more to our local community.

We are built on our values and one of these is helping the community and partnering with other groups looking to help others, a few years ago we were honoured to be invited to the Manchester City Council Be Proud awards, here we saw the remarkable work Meros World do raising awareness regarding knife crime, the dangers and also raising funds to have bleed boxes installed in and around Manchester. We have wanted to help raise funds for such an important cause for a while and now we will.

All funds raised will be halved between Happy Somedays & Meros World and will hopefully enable both groups to continue providing for the community.

The walk itself will take place on Saturday 22nd March, taking in 5 Football Clubs that mean alot to our participants.

Manchester City - Etihad Stadium > Manchester United - Old Trafford > Altrincham FC - Moss Lane > Wythenshawe Town - Ericstan Park > Wythenshawe FC - Hollyhedge Park.

The walk is roughly 16.3 Miles and most will be aiming to do the whole thing but we invite anyone who wants to take part to join us where they feel most comfortable.

Lets get out and raise awareness and funds for two local causes.
